Raw climbing experience in the beautiful Molladalen.
This is one of Sunnmøres most scenic climbs. With its spectacular and airy pinnacle at 1,290 meters above sea level, this mountaintop is one of a kind. The high and thin blade may look quite inhumane to climb for ordinary hikers, but together with an experienced nature guide and climbing equipment, the peak is relatively easy to climb. The tour follows the marked path to Storevatnet and further into Molladalen, known as one of Norway's most beautiful valleys. Most of the trip is quite easy to walk surrounded by nature experiences that will captivate you. After about two hours you reach the foot of Bladet and the actual climbing experience can begin. The ascent of the pinnacle itself requires 20 meters of easy climbing and belaying before you stand on top and you are amply rewarded with spectacular views of the Sunmørsalps and the Hjørundfjord. The trip is a total of 6 km long with a total ascent of 1,400 meters.
