62°NORD is a family-owned portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and boats, working alongside a small group of trusted local partners. We only operate in our own region and only recommend what we know personally — which means every arrangement we put together carries our name and our guarantee.
Our own products — hotels, boats, and Porsche transfers — carry a 10% commission. Partner services are quoted at NET rates. Each item in any proposal will be clearly marked.
A service fee of 12% applies to the total value of partner arrangements. No service fee is charged on 62°NORD's own products.
The service fee covers a tailored itinerary built around your client's preferences and our local knowledge; a detailed day-by-day schedule with timings; continuous booking and coordination with all suppliers; a dedicated contact person with 24-hour availability; and on-site assistance throughout the journey.
For clients who value an extra layer of priority service, a VIP fee of NOK 7,500 per day can be added to any arrangement.
Should confirmed arrangements require changes, a modification fee may apply: NOK 1,500 for changes made within 7 days of arrival, and NOK 2,500 for changes made within 24 hours or during an active trip.
62°NORD acts as an intermediary service. Should any included service be cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond a supplier's control, we will work actively to find suitable alternatives. All prices include VAT and applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing in response to significant cost changes outside our control.
